Its a wonderful day in the neighbourhood, friends! Quite awhile ago, we had posted some fabulous shots from a photo shoot we had the pleasure to be a part of. Photo shoots are always so much fun and we love when stylist choose us to adorn their gorgeous models! Well these photos, shot by Dan Ziemkiewicz, were picked up by the Vancouver based String Magazine and voila…we’d love to share them with you!

For today’s Five Heart Friday, we thought we’d be totally self-congratulatory and share with you some of our favourite looks from our recent photo shoot! We’re absolutely in love with our latest collection which stays true to our vintage, boho-inpsired aesthetic but also ventures a bit into glam territory! With gorgeous facetted gemstones, gold chains, vintage lockets and sparkly details, we can’t help but wanna layer it all on and rock it all day long! Hope you like it as much as we do!

A Little Bit of Pish Posh in Ottawa Magazine!

We love working with stylists! Seeing our jewellery pop up in cool places is always a thrill! So when Ottawa Style Guru, Erica Wark, approached us to use some Pish Posh jewellery in a style piece for Ottawa Magazine, it was an easy “Yes, please!” Fabulous clothes from two of Ottawa’s most talented designers, Rachel Sin and Frank Sukhoo, take center stage in this month’s issue, but we think that our Victorian Lace cocktail rings and Callisto bangles add that certain “je ne sais quoi.” Of course we are being totally objective and not biased at all!

Dear Fall,

Thank you for making your glorious appearance full of changing colours, cozy nights and pumpkin spice lattes! Although waving goodbye to an amazing Indian Summer is bittersweet and dreaded thoughts of an impending cruel, cold winter creep into our minds, we’ll always be thankful for your fabulous fall style! Tell Me Why I Don’t Like Mondays…

Dreadful Mondays. Those Boomtown Rats really know where it’s at! Sundays do not fall far behind those dreadful Mondays. Sundays start off pretty darn good. It is the day of relaxation, bumming around, indulging in delicious brunch and just enjoying the company of good friends/family or just enjoying some good old fashion solo time. But as the sun sets and night falls, the impending Monday is just around the corner and Sunday doesn’t look so good anymore. But our saving grace, our best and favourite Monday fashion accessory, Starbucks coffee. So pretty, so delicious, so needed. Happy Monday!

Crushing on Coach

We are generally not slaves to labels, but we are totally digging Coach’s new fall purse line up. Everything old is new again and their Classic Collection is the ultimate tribute to their iconic 1970s designs. The colours, the textures and the simplicity of the purses make us swoon in delight. Rest assure we have added these lovelies to our wish list and have strategically placed this list in well lit areas for our family members to see and take note for the holiday season. Oh to have such beautiful arm candy to call our own. We now present to you our favourites. Love them to pieces!

Pish Posh Photo Shoot: Behind the Scenes

This past weekend, we were blessed with the talents of our photographer extraordinaire, Petar Duvnjak and our gorgeous model Adria Nadler. They both did such a fabulous job of working the camera and letting our latest collection shine! Special thanks also goes out to our little fashion mignon and budding photographer Alyssandra Govas for her “behind the scene” shots! Even though its a prelude to the long winter still to come, we can’t help but love Fall and its super chic fashion! Pish Posh and the Toronto Clothing Show

We are so ridiculously excited to be a part of this spring’s Toronto Clothing Show that breaking out into spontaneous dance while creating fabulous new pieces is not an uncommon occurence these days! We may be slightly biased, but the new collection is truly gorgeous! Featuring stunning stones in all shades summery, mixed with vintage finds, sweet charms and a little sparkle this collection makes us feel all warm and sunny!

For all you Toronto peeps, pop in and say “hello!” Just look for the prettiest booth also known as #128! The Toronto Clothing Show runs from Friday May 27th to the 29th at The Queen Elizabeth Building, Exhibition Place. Hope to see you there!

High Five Friday!!!

Commence the Friday Happy Dance as the weekend is around the corner and Pish Posh High Five Friday is back! What are we hearting on this sunny Friday??? Oh the possibilities are endless, but to avoid looking gluttoness, we have narrowed it down to five…we kinda of have to as it is called High Five Fridays…we digress…shall we begin?

High Five One: If we could have an endless supply of chocolate M&Ms we would be in heaven…it is our idea of daily calcium intake. It is chocolaty goodness!

High Five Two: Rihanna and David Guetta’s Who’s that Chick is dance floor perfection. Honestly, who can resist shaking their groove thang to that tune? We instantly want to shimmy and shake what our mama’s gave us. Let the dance off begin…sigh…those never end well.

High Five Three: Bright, bold, beautiful clothing and accessories are everywhere and it is absolutely welcomed after a long, grueling and drab winter. How exciting is it to know that you can have fun with colours, patterns and prints? We seriously love mixing it up!

High Five Four: We are totally nostalgic and longing for a Polaroid camera. Nothing was more fun than posing, clicking and waiting for the picture to instantly produce right in front of your eyes. And let’s face it. The vintage effect of the Polaroid image is sheer perfection. We smell a purchase coming on quickly…

High Five Five: Cozying up on the big comfy couch and watching Cougar Town. The crazy antics of the cul-de-sac crew make us giggle in delight and their love of wine and hanging out by the kitchen island makes us feel beyond normal. Thanks Courtney!

Coachella is merely three days away and since we plan on someday attending this iconic music festival, we thought it best to preplan our cute boho-chic outfits! The essentials? Vintage dresses, sexy denim shorts, flowy tops and a super cute romper! Best not to forget hot yet mega comfortable sky high wedges, fabulous jewellery and cool sunnies! Rock on with your bad self!
